Who Am I & Why Should You Listen To Me?

I'm Lewis Horsley a Personal Trainer & Online Coach

Over the last 8+ years i've embarked on many different "fitness tips" and mixed messages on the most efficient ways to get the results I wanted. The first few years were spent wanting to gain muscle & strength as well as improving my overall health/fitness. Where as the last year or so i've had the goal of improving my cardiovascular fitness through running/cycling & swimming.

Having no structure to my running workouts led me to easily skip the sessions because they weren't high on on my priority list (where as in reality, I just found them really difficult so looked for an excuse not to do them). I also would get out of breath very easily during the runs along with constantly getting little niggles/minor injuries all while supposedly being an "in shape" fit & healthy personal trainer.

Over the last 6+ years I've trained hundreds of clients and delivered thousands of sessions to clients, and now I want you to be a part of the journey!
